  • Breaking Bread Together: Interfaith Meal and Conversation

    Wednesday July 27th , 6pm, Grace Cafe

In the spring, many people from Grace gathered for a study on Islam, entitled "Loving our Muslim Neighbor". Our learning together inspired us to form relationships with Muslims in our community, and so you are invited for an informal meal with Altanta area Muslims. We will eat together, talk, and get to know one another so that love may increase. All are welcome.

Please RSVP to Candi if you plan to come: office@graceonponce.org

  • August Worship Series: A Place at the Table

It's easy to get caught up in a mentality of scarcity--there's not enough for everybody, let alone us. Jesus reminds us that with him, there is always an abundance: of bread and fish, love and nourishment. "Come," he says, "there is room at the table for you and for everyone."  Join Grace in worship  throughout the month of August as we explore our theme, "A Place at the Table: Radical Hospitality."

  • Grace Reads in August

    Thursday, August 4, 7pm

Read and discuss thought-provoking books as we journey in faith together, every 1st Thursday at 7pm. All are welcome; please invite other to join you at 7pm on Thursday, July 7th at Starbucks in the Whole Foods Plaza (650 Ponce de Leon Ave. at Glen Iris). Our next book is Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver.

  • Fall Kick-off Sunday is August 7

On Sunday, August 7, join Grace as we kick off a new year of school and ministries. We'll celebrate our theme "A Place at the Table" with worship at 11:00 AM, featuring a blessing for students and teachers,  followed by a fellowship pot luck meal. Pulled pork, fried chicken, and drinks will be provided; just bring a side, salad, or dessert to share!

  • Love to Sing?

    July 10th and 17th, 10:15-10:45, Grace Café

Kick off the fall by lifting your voice in song. All are welcome to sing an easy and accessible anthem during worship on August 7. There will be two rehearsals, and you can come to both or just the 7th: Sunday, July 31, 12:15-1:00 PM and Sunday, August 7 at 10:30 AM. Gather in the Sanctuary and share you gifts with the Grace community! Contact Michael Dauterman with questions.
